G-Lader Servicing and Upgrades
Here at G-Werks we take pride in rebuilding your G-lader to the highest quality and only using the best quality parts this combination will keep your G-lader happy for many miles to follow. We can carry out the service on you G-lader in 2 different ways.
G60/G40 G-lader Full Service
This comprises of carefully stripping your charger down of all its components, all casings are then acid cleaned to ensure a perfect clean finish.
- Replace bearings using FAG/Torrington items
- Replace Oil seals using our own custom viton oil seals
- Replace 8mm wide drive belt with 11.5mm drive belt
- Replace apex strips with OEM+ spec
- Pretension spring strips
- Refinish external casings
- Special internal coating
We also supply a new OEM Oil pressure line and banjo fittings with all of our rebuilds

G60/G40 G-lader Full Service Porting/Polishing (Stage 4)
In addition to the above work this service includes porting/polishing of the internal chambers and exhaust of the unit this helps to aid air across the non oil fed top shaft bearings and to increase the flow of air through your unit.
£500 Inc VAT.
G60/G40 G-lader Full Service Porting/Polishing (Stage 5)
Additional porting work is undertaken to increase the air flow through the unit to maximise performance.

All of our units are returned to you with a full 6 month warranty for non workshop fitment, 12 month for workshop fitment.
